We have a staff of 10 licensed real estate agents/rental specialists. We do not get paid until we procure a tenant for the landlord. There are no up front fees. On the locator side We are non exclusive. We want the landlord to have every opportunity to rent their property as quickly as possible.

(Removed Member Name), I am so sorry that you did not reach and agent. Which number did you call? I have look at through every voice mail we have and there is not one message. So obviously we want to get to the bottom of this. We are very serious about taking care of each and every person that calls. Even if we cannot help them we try to direct them to a place they can get help. We actually are complimented over and over again for being the most responsive locator service in the area. Their services were great! They found 5 apartments that would take in our dog. They are a good service. Especially for people that are moving. Whatever your needs are they will accommodate. Denise Marino is the best! She kept me informed and she always emails.
Description of Work: We were looking for an apartment to rent that would rent to us because of our dog.
