I've been with Wilkes Landscape Services for about 8 years but we're going to be stopping it. They are very punctual, come when they're supposed to and very dedicated. I even spoke to Mr. Wiles the other day and I called him several times last Summer, my husband called him in the Fall and whenever we would want something extra which we know we have to pay for, of course, we're not getting anything free and he never calls me back for that and his reason was he forgets. I point-blank asked him "do you not want to have us as a customer?" He said "well no because there's not just a lot of business in Palms." A mutual friend we have, any time our mutual friend calls him to do something he's right out there. I think he's a good person but he is obviously not a good business person. I just was very disappointed with the response I had.

Our overall experience has been good.

I had a very good experience with them. I chose them because of the reviews they received. I was most pleased with the fact that the owner handles a lot things and is on site while the work is being done. He came out to do an estimate and he listened to what we wanted to do and what amount we wanted to spend on this project. He wrote up a quote free of charge so we could compare it with other companies and then call him out when we decided what we wanted to do. He stayed within his quote which was very nice. He took a lot of time to understand what we wanted to do and how much we wanted to spend, and he provided a lot of feedback and ideas for us.
