"Hi Mr. [Member Name Removed], I apologize that your experience with us on June 19 was not a positive one. We also apologize for arriving at your home after 6:00 PM when your appointment window was between 2-4PM. We usually can arrive at our customer’s home within the appointment window but unfortunately, we had a large amount of rain which delayed our previous jobs. We are normally known for our exceptional work, going above and beyond to take care of our customer’s needs, and regret that this was not your experience. I know I have already discussed this issue with you but again want to apologize for your experience."
