One of my kids had flushed the top of a tuna can down the toilet causing it to back up constantly. We called Mr. Walden on a Friday afternoon. He happened to be in the area finishing up a job and was able to be here within an hour. He snaked the line and adjusted another toilet that was running slowly.

Billy was easy to contact to set up an appointment to do the installations. He was able to schedule the work within a couple of days. He arrived to do the work when he said he would. He is very knowledgeable and meticulous about his work. The areas in the bathroom and kitchen where he worked were left as clean as they were when he arrived. I have used Billy Walden for several plumbing jobs before and have always had the same positive experience. I will always call him when I need a plumber and I recommend him without reservation. He is probably the most dependable service provider I have ever used.

BILLY WALDEN DOES WHAT HE SAYS HE'LL DO - YOU CAN COUNT ON HIS PUNCTUALITY, COMMITMENT TO THE JOB TOWARD A SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION, AND IS A SOLID, LIKEABLE PERSON WITH A GREAT PERSONALITY WHO WILL DEAL WITH CLIENTS AS HE WOULD PREFER TO BE TREATED. HIS PRICING OF THE JOB PROVES HE IS A JUST & FAIR BUSINESSMAN WHO IS NOT TAKEN WITH GREEDY MOMENTS. HE TRULY PUTS HIS CUSTOMER FIRST & DELIVERS HIS ALL TO THE JOB ORDER. HIS PRIDE OF A QUALITY JOB COMPLETED WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME, AND KEPT AT A REASONABLE COST; WILL NOT ALLOW HIM TO SHORTCHANGE THE CUSTOMER. MY TENANT CALLED AND SAID THE DRAIN WAS BACKING UP AND CAUSING A FLOOD. BILLY WAS THERE IN A FEW HOURS TO HANDLE THE PROBLEM. GREAT SERVICE AND A GOOD PRICE.
