Flooring
Stardek - $2000 (Est) Stardek provided the wrong material, or poor quality material, or defective material, or provided my contract the incorrect application method. They promised me a written report on what the problem was with the material I paid for and to this day, I have seen nothing. Material was suppose to be crystal clear, but when on milky and with 1,000s of air bubbles per square inch. Technical Support at Stardek treats it customers as if you are a moron and it is always your fault. Stardek paid for part of the repair to my floor, but I had to take them to small claim court so I could have the repairs complete from the damage that their material did to the floor. I would recommend All-In-Concrete in Illinos (888) 350-0130 to buy decorative concrete material from. The technical support hot line knows their products and considers the average customer as important as they do their contractor base.
