Mr. Finley performed the entire procedure from diagnosis to completion of the repair. He found that the movement needed replacement and ordered the part. He even machined the movement so that it would fit our clock. He was professional all the way from scheduling to billing. He said the part would take some time to arrive, and the fee quote for the repair was reasonable, with no hidden costs or other charges, and the price did not change from the .original quote once the parts arrived. We would highly recommend Mr. Finley, and we are very satisfied. We have asked him to return annually for routine maintenance procedures.
