Do not use this company. I paid Alan $700 then never heard from him again. I called, texted and emailed him for 6 weeks and he never returned my calls. His secretary kept saying he's on a sales call and will call you back.

Mold Matters turned out excellent. We had used another company and unfortunately, after spending quite a bit of money and settling with the insurance company, she was still quite ill. Her doctor said that we really needed to have somebody look at the place again. Mold Matters came out and used a proprietary enzyme method, a very different method. He was recommended by a physician that our daughter was seeing, who specializes in treating people who are very, very sick with the toxicity of mold exposure. So, we had Mold Matters come and he did a wonderful job. I would recommend him over any other mold remediation company. He's very ethical and he uses a very different method. There were areas in her place that the other company never detected, like moisture behind walls in her bathroom and things like that. Their prices were comparable or average. We were left with a feeling that the situation had finally, truly taken care of.

They were recommended to me by a neighbor. They have been very thorough and knowledgeable, and friendly. Most of the day they did what needed to be done. They really did a good job. Their price was wonderful.
