Showed up on time, was fast, and did a GREAT job! I was SHOCKED at how much junk there was in my dryer vent line (and behind the dryer too, which he cleaned as well). Lint Guardian was one of the only people that responded very quickly, but also would do an upstairs dryer vent. I was surprised by how many other vendors wouldn't do an upstairs dryer!!! So, thanks Lint Guardian!

Fantastic!! Brand new dryer delivered on 2/9 was unable to use due to a warning light advising poor airflow. Called Lint Guardian around 9 am on 2/11, told Daniel my problem and he said he could be here around 11:30. He arrived on time, was very professional, and kind. In about 30 min my problem was fixed. I can't believe how much lint he removed. What an eye opener. I feel fortunate that we didn't have a house fire because of it. Thank you Daniel, I'll be seeing you yearly to make sure this never happens again. I love Lint Guardian and my new dryer.

He did a great job! We previously had a different company to our house twice to clean the vent and look at our dryer and they assured us everything was okay- but clothes were still not drying. Lint Guardian fixed it on the first try!

Yes, you really do need to have your dryer vent cleaned! I always thought it was a make work service. I would hate to tell you how many years its been. We had once replaced flexible hose in back of dryer but not the duct in the wall to outside. The amount of gunk Daniel got out was unbelievable; cannot believe how stopped up it was. And I cannot believe how fast my old Maytag dryer is working now that the vent has been cleaned.

Daniel responded quickly to my initial email contact. I called him
yesterday evening to set up an appointment, and he was here today at
exactly the time promised. He went straight to work, with lots of
energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism. He cleaned out my dryer vent
from top to bottom and totally cleaned out my dryer as well. I haven't
reconnected yet to test out the drying speed because our dryer has to
have repairs done (tomorrow--different provider). We will definitely
call Daniel again next year!

I called Lint Guardian at noon on a Friday and Daniel the owner operator was out by 3pm. He moved my dryer from the wall and cleaned the vent from in the house then went on the roof and cleaned it from that side as well. 
He was done in about a hour and now I'm good to go until the same time next year. 

Could not have been better. He called before he came,,as he said he would. Was right on time, explained everything and even put new clamps on the dryer vent so it wouldn't come off again as it apparently had done.

My overall experience with him worked out great. His name was Daniel. We had another company's technician come out for our dryer, as it was not drying. They kept on running and running and we thought our ducts needed to be cleaned, but it was not really the ducts, this is a new home and they had painted over the vent that releases the exhaust air. So, Daniel cleared that for us. He gave me a 10% senior discount. He is very personable and he fixed the problem. He was pleasant. The other guy that I had called that was referred by the other company's guy wanted $165 for the same. So, he was very reasonable and we will definitely recommend him. He did not give up until he found out what was wrong.
