I'd give them all "A's" down the line. Everything they did was, they just had real customer service. They were precise, they looked for the markers and boundary lines exactly so there were no mistakes. We had a bit of a problem after a storm and they came out to repair it free of charge. They are very friendly and honest. Very easy to work with. They were the first group that used recycled fencing material and informed why that is better than virgin material and they sent me to the factory. They were very honest in their pricing and upfront. They answered all my questions, came and did it on time. Just so easy to work with. Easy to talk to just nice people. The fencing looks great.

I was very happy throughout the entire process. I had checked with some of the more well known fence companies and they were not interested in this project. I didn't bother contacting the company that had installed the rest of my fencing since that wasn't the greatest experience, so I was happy to find Rick who was willing to come to my house and see what I was looking to have installed. He did some research and came up with a great plan. It was well thought out and I am very pleased with the end result. Rick also showed up for the estimate and installation exactly when promised. I had researched some of the materials needed myself and was fully expecting that they would be expensive, so I think the price was very fair also.

Overall, KSM did a remarkable job from start to finish (as outlined above).  I consider myself fortunate to have found a quality contractor that I can trust in the future.  I have already received compliments from my wife (most important), neighbors, and father (a Class A General Contractor in FLA).  I, myself, have re-walked the fence line to inspect their work the next day.  I was still impressed. 
Without hesitation, I would recommend KSM to anybody in the market for a good, sturdy, attractive fence from a locally owned/operated and trustworthy company (and no, I am not related to the KSM family! :-)

Rick and his team were punctual, professional, and well-priced when they came over for the bid. I selected them for the work as they use a good fence product. He completed the initial job on-time, but there were some complications. Here's why he got bad marks for professionalism and responsiveness above:
The fence was put slightly onto my neighbor's yard, which my neighbors expressed concern over as they didn't want to be responsible for it. I had given Rick a survey in order to ensure it was on our property, which it wasn't when I measured subsequent to his initial work. 
I called him about it, asked if he'd fix it, and his response was that in order to fix it he'd need a certified survey before he'd do anything. I pressed the issue and he hung up. HUNG UP on a customer! I got him back on the phone and got him to agree to a phone call later after I discussed the situation with my neighbor.
The big issue my neighbor had was that the new, first post on the fence didn't match up with the already existing chain link which started on their property and angled back on to mine where the gate was installed. I agreed and upon calling Rick got him to agree to $200 more to come out and put the first post in-line with the chain link and fix 3 more posts and panels to put them in-line with the rest of the fence. He agreed.
Upon showing up he demanded we provide him with a signed letter that the tree roots he was cutting up were ours, which we provided on-site. He completed the repair, and my wife took pictures and sent them to me for approval. The fence was now 4" higher than it was before as it now started higher over tree roots, which I expressed concern over. He then threatened to tear the entire fence down and leave the materials. My wife was afraid at this point and went inside our house. Rick's son was able to calm him down and I agreed the work was complete upon a subsequent phone call.

Great! Rick came out immediately to provide me with a quote and was extremely responsive, especially when I had questions from my HOA about how the fence would be built and installed. Once we had approval, the fence was completed in one day! We were thrilled with the final outcome of the project, as all of the boards were completely straight and uniform. We love the aluminum frame gates and the locking mechanism. We would absolutely recommend them to our friends.
