I initially called on a Sunday of a holiday weekend. They were going to come out in a few hours. The price sould have been $137 for the call. Then the system came back after a couple hours on so I told me not to come. There was no complaint about cancelling the appt. When it happened again on the following business day, I called again. They came out within a few hours. Brian showed me where the drain pipe is and how to clean it myself the next time this happened. This is the same company that installed the system 4 years ago - good prices, polite, responsive.
