They were prompt in getting back to us when first contacted, had many choices, reviewed pros and cons of choices, were timely and professional in replying to all of our questions and requests (we were living in NJ and were going back and forth as the work was being doe in Fl), and did an excellent job of installation. After initial review at our home of the existing flooring and the work to be done, brought in someone from their business who had more experience to see our home/floor to review our situation to confirm that we were using the most appropriate and cost effective approach to this part of our renovation.
Description of Work: Removed all existing flooring and replaced with hardwood, travertine, tile, and carpet
