I was contacted by sales Steve Currie and Brandon Johnson about roof replacement. Steve and Brandon requested me to remit $1000 for deposit on 09/18/2019. I have asked them about when the job will be scheduled since but to no avail. I have requested the consumer protection agency on 11/22/2019 in order to resolve this issue. Throughout numerous attempts to contact the company for 2 months +, the company eventually agreed to return $600 (subtracted $400 for expenses incurred) on 02/04/2020. This is an irresponsible, unresponsive, and dishonest group includes Eric Del C, Steve C, Brandon J, and others. They have been associated with various names, Prime Roofing and Construction (Tampa), Artisan Roofing Services, BC and J Enterprises (Ruskin), Southern Sky Roofing and Solar (Ruskin). Do your research (reviews and rating), ask friends for recommendation before you decide to hire them for your next job if you do not want to become the next victim like me. Customers bewared!!!
