My carpet is off white and due to the process, there was some wicking. I called John, the technician, He returned right away and corrected the problem.The problem was no faulft of his. After returning , my carpet dried sparkling clean. My carpet has remained clean longer using Vision then anyone else I have used in the past. I would reccomend vision and will continue to use them.
