 + -1 moreI was looking to purchase a mobile home in a park. (owner finance) The doublewide I was interested in was $33,000 and it had no appliances, no flooring in any of the rooms and the roof leaked in the master bath and debris was strewn in the garden tub, floor, etc. The Property Manager would not fix anything, nor put appliances in, or flooring, AND was looking for a downpayment of $3,000!! I ended up renting a home nearby for $450.00 a month, and working off the security deposit!! BTW: This was my second visit to Valencia, my first visit was in April, 2013, and the same doublewide was empty, and it did not have the hole in the roof! Bad management!
