First, Jared  visited the site and reviewed the area and discussed what was required of him.  He followed up promptly with a very professional looking proposal for the work to be done. The proposal is usually quite detailed and more often than not, quite self explanatory.  You will definitely know what will be done and the cost at this stage, and his costs are usually competitive for the level of service that he provides. Note, Jared uses reliable equipment.  He will deliver the proposal in person to provide any explanation that may be necessary and further contact can be made to ensure that all is understood. If changes are required, he is usually open to such discussions and / or feedback.  Once signed off, he usually kept us informed of the status of the items required, which were on order, before the final installation date was set.  During installation, he was punctual, thorough, and diligent in setting up everything just right and he provides the necessary demonstration to ensure the user is satisfied, and we were satisfied.  At this stage, he facilitates any questions and he will remain to answer all concerns if any, thereby making sure all is well understood. Overall, he is quite knowledgeable about his craft and does a clean and professional job and we were and remained very satisfied.  We have used Jared for other projects and find him to be very reliable, very knowledgeable, very easy to talk to and quite the professional. We would recommend him anytime.
