My cable bill for a triple play package kept creeping up. I called to complain and ask for an explanation and was transferred to their loyalty department. After discussion Comcast gave me a new plan with better services and lower cost for a year. Also told me people don't know they can renegotiate their service package if the cost becomes too high. This was a refreshing experience for me with Comcast.
Wi11 never use this company again.
