The crew arrived on site ahead of original schedule, and completed the job in a day and a half. Their quote came in $5000 lower than anyone else for the same job. The crews were courteous, and they left the area very clean. Very pleased overall!

The Cochran Brothers and their roofing team got to our house at 8:10am. There was a crew of ten men working on the roof. They removed the old shingles, tar paper, drip edge and rolled roofing, replaced about 2 sheets of plywood. We were very happy how clean they kept our yard and drive while they were working. They were completely finished with the house roof by about 3:30, tidied up again and began on the boathouse. They got everything but the shingling completed by 5:30. They came back in the morning and were finished by 10:30am.  Everything was done so professionally. My husband and I were very pleased and the roof looks great!

They did a very good job. The garage roof shingles were glued on and they couldn't remove them. They said the only thing they could do is put a rubber roof on that and that's what they did. I can't say that I was thrilled with it. The original owner of the house said it had been a model home and I didn't realize that the shingles were glued on the roof and they didn't know it either. I just felt like they should have known but they didn't. Every time I pull on my driveway I look at the white rubber roof and I'm not happy with it. I interviewed two other companies and I think they were probably like middle of the road, they weren't the most expensive and they weren't the least expensive. The pricing was fair. They cleaned up everything and did a very good job of that. Their responsiveness was very good.

Very well. Mr. Cochran was very prompt in addressing our problem. He tarped the roof until our reroof date. He was very professional in giving us information and product options. The new roof is great. His crew did a wonderful job of clean-up. Mr. Cochran made a follow-up call on the day of completion. We are so pleased that we had Cochran Bros. as our roofing contractor. They were prompt, courteous, and professional.

The crew was very professional and quick. They started at 0800 and were done by 1500 that same day. Not bad for a 2600sf roof. That included completely cleaning up the entire site. I had the roof inspected for my insurance company for wind mitigation and passed with flying colors. Saving me a lot of money. Thanks Cochran Brothers Roofing.
