Carpet Cleaning
Everything went very well with the cleaning, and the guys were personable and went to work! Only small glitch was in getting the appointment time confirmed after I requested date and time. I don't live in the condo unit and needed to be sure they would be there at the requested time--had to call back when I didn't hear from them. They did have the appointment, however, showed up and did a good job. Had used them before and will use them again.

Carpet Cleaning
They did not try to talk us into additional services and honored the coupon I had. Our carpet looked 100% better and was dry in a short amount of time. The chemicals used are much better for your carpet than using a lot of water. I would definitely recommend Chem Dry of Highlands County.
