Everything went very well (especially with Florida's contractors reputation). Brian's price was lowest of 4 other( (including big box stores). He showed us his product line. which was similar/same as others . He was prompt and courteous, Arrived when he said he would. His office kept us informed, advised us when windows arrived, set up install times. Brian installed 12 windows in 1 1/2 days, He cleans/ caulked/hauled off old windows etc..and he doesn't smoke or cuss. Nice guy and a good job ( I'm a DIY guy so I know good work). He did ask for roughly half the money (the cost of the windows) when we ordered them but later I ordered another big window for a different project and he just ordered it and delivered it when it came in. Yes - I would use him again.
