Great, they come on time on a weekly basis. Pool is always perfect.

Everything seemed to go well until the main maintenance person got injured. Two new guys took his place and they clearly didn't know what they were doing. After they came to clean the pool, it was clear to see where they swept the pool and where they didn't. The pool started getting algae and I had to call multiple times for them to re-clean. After several weeks of this, I could no longer have patience as we didn't feel we could even use the pool. A neighbor also used them and had the same issues. They also found out their pool filter hadn't been cleaned by them in over a year which means the main pool guy really wasn't doing his job either.
