We had a leak in the kitchen. A pipe burst under slab. ORC sent someone that day! A plumber stopped the leak and ORC did a fantastic job saving cabinets redoing floor, repair drywall and finishing all to the final touches. On time, neat, honest workers. I will be using them again. I can be used as a reference any time.

This company is amazing! The technician called me first thing in the morning to confirm my appointment and showed up right on time. Michael was very professional - checking carefully for a possible mold issue I was concerned about. He connected me with a company for a fan I needed installed - and told us several things we could do to help with our damp bathroom. If you are looking for an honest and ethical company I would highly recommend ORC. Doing business with them was a pleasure!!!

some vents were not clean, some open others closed..every now and then dust or something comes out of the vents usely at start up in the bedroom and living room.
