From start to finish, we found many things wrong with the rental including an air conditioning system that should have been replaced and needed repair several times a month. At one point they took 2 weeks to repair the AC. In addition, when we left for a better rental situation this company kept the security deposit for unreasonable amounts and unrealistic reasons. They did not make themselves available to return keys due to holidays and poor business hours and then charged extra rental days. They also charged excessive amounts for cleaning services for rugs that were already damaged and outdoors! Our rent was paid on time each month, and we took very good care of the rental house. They were very kind and helpful to us when we were new renters, but unavailable and difficult once they had our money. The woman that served us for the rental actually hid behind an office when we came to retrieve our deposit. They also sent the remaining security deposit to the old rental (which of course, they are aware we moved out of there) when we gave them a forwarding address.
