Kepp didn't answer calls, show up for appointments, do work by time he had promised and, now that we finally have a warranty, and we have a leak that is getting bigger, he continues to not answer calls or honor his appointments.  I am very surprised that he is on Angie's list.  If you would like, I can give you the names of the 20 families he treated in this manner.  My phone is 772-234-3184
At present our house in on the market and we have the first leak since we bought this house 12 years ago.  This leak has occured AFTER Kepp "repaired" the roof.  We have called First Service, our community manager who hired Kepp, and they are unable to have Kepp commit to helping us.  We have contacted the Developer of our community and as of yet had no response.  
Our hands are tied.  We have 2 options:  hire someone else to fix the roof incurring the cost, or hire a lawyer to handle this legally.  
We can not show our house with the leak and we are at the age when we need to move back north.

The price is for the original estimate. David Pooley started the job and did a little here and there, but never finished the job. He eventually abandoned the job, and they would not answer my calls. They started the drywall work but skipped around throughout the house and did not finish it. They did flat decking on the back of the house and did not finish the job. They finished the decking on the front of house, but we had to have someone come back and re-do it because it was leaking. I would not recommend them to anyone.
