The focus of our work is carpentry, powerwashing, and painting. We also cart off junk and clean out areas that need that work. I am self employed, registered in Rhode Island and am fully insured. My house and fence were supposed to be done. The house was ok, some screens were not removed and the windows were left spotty. The fence is still covered with dirt and mildew and looks like it was not even cleaned albeit Joe said he did it. I will submit pictures of the fence if you would. Like to see them. I am really far from satisfied.

"I should have clarified with the customer before beginning the job that I do not clean and squeegee windows after removing screens. Most screens on this house were inside release. Dogs are present in the house. The picket fence was to ground level where dirt/mud would blow up onto pickets if I got too close with the pressure cleaning. I am sorry this customer was not satisfied but I think my other reviews reflect more accurately the quality of my work."

It was a pleasure to work with Joe - he listened carefully to understand exactly what we wanted (an extension to our deck with a roof over the new addition). Joe responded quickly when we first began our search for a contractor on HomeAdvisor. As the work progressed on this large project, he kept us informed at every step of the way, and was diligent in keeping costs in line and providing receipts for all materials purchased. It was particularly noteworthy that Joe kept a clean work site, cleaning up construction debris before he left for the day, every day. Joe was always prompt and courteous, he always showed up when he said he was going to be there. We're very happy with how the project turned out, and we will both recommend and use J Mac Enterprises LLC again when the need arises. This was our third successful experience with finding qualified contractor support on HomeAdvisor - very pleased with this service. We will certainly continue to rely on HomeAdvisor for all of our home improvement projects in the future.
