Had to wait 5 weeks for service. But replumbing was finally nicely done. Cracked indexing valve was replaced. Patrick did a fine job and was able to find and repair some broken pipes which allowed water to flow thru all 4 sections. He marked sprinkler heads needing replacement. Work had to be put on hold until septic drain field relacement has been completed. Will schedule work to be done in the future.

Project went well, except that the control box was not moved to the correct location. However, that would not have mattered since the electrician (that had to reconnect power) needed to move it to another (alternate) location any ways.

I chose Heads Up because every time I go to a fundraiser, I see the HeadsUp team there helping out. They do a lot of good in the community and I wanted to reward that. My job was not very big but they did fine work for me

I like them mostly. I don't think he communicated enough. I called him to tell him one sprinkler was not working and he said he would be out tomorrow to work on it. Tomorrow passed and I never heard from him. I went out and the sprinkler was working. He fixed it, but I never heard from him. I would have appreciated knowing he had come. They did a good job. He came out right away and then when we had a problem.
