Very well. I like Bob's approach. We didn't have a major mold presence, just a slight presence in the garage near the A/C unit. I liked that Bob didn't use scare tactics or gouge us, which I understands sometimes happens with these kinds of things. He was very fair, thorough and personable. A good experience.

Great experience with Bob. He was very knowledgable, very professional. He had to retreat one time because although the levels of spores were acceptable by industry standards he felt they should be even lower then they were and he sprayed again at his own expense. The levels decreased to almost nothing after the second treatment and we have been good ever since. I am highly sensitive to mold (my number one allergy and have mild asthma) and I have noticed a big difference in the house.

They should up on time, finished the job and cleaned up.  The tenants were able to sleep in the house the next night.
