Real Estate Service
While Ms Murray was prompt in contacting my parents, in getting their property , as well as sold, she was late in picking up my parents for the settlement and did not make sure that each had all the documentation necessary for settlement. As a result, my parents had to come back to their house to get my mother's information, thus delaying settlement. Ms Murray had been made aware that my mom has Alzheimer's and has memory loss.
