Mr. Gilmore pressure cleaned the exterior and very thoroughly caulked and primer coated the wood where appropriate. He expertly painted it and did it on time, with a smile, and did not try to jack up the price even though some work was required that was not anticipated in the estimate. He is a veteran painter who takes a lot of pride in the quality of his work and does not try to take advantage of his clients. He was recommended to me by a tile installer who has those same qualities (which is why I asked him for a recommendation).
