The inspection went very well and I was very satisfied with all facets from customer service, pricing, and the inspections itself. The inspector did a very good job of explaining the scope of the inspection and what the key points were prior to starting the inspection. The pricing was clear from the get go and very convenient to find on the website. Another great point was being able to schedule all inspection types through Cornerstone (on the website as well) as arranging multiple inspections all at the same time can be a difficult task. The pricing was very competitive with other inspectors in area and the website that included all details needed and very user friendly interface was a huge plus over other companies. Our inspector was punctual, professional, transparent and even sent out invites to realtor and all parties involved. He communicated clearly and precisely throughout the process and took time to answer all questions. The interaction during the inspection was a great aspect because it was clear inspector wanted to talk to me (buyer) and explain the processes, what he was seeing and encouraged questions. This was not the case with some previous inspectors I have used who do not give the impression they want to communicate with you during the inspection and they just want to produce the report and be on their way. Overall a great experience and would recommend them to anyone buying or selling a house, would surely use them again in future if the need arises.

I am very glad that I got a new home inspection. The inspector, Cary Uhle, identified several areas of concern that I would have never picked up on. These items were corrected prior to closing. Cary was very nice, professional, and gave lots of great home information/guidance. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
