I had previously given them an excellent rating on Angie's List on the only other job they did for me: rescreening house screens. That's why I was so disappointed that no one ever returned any of my calls. I called both the cell # and the office number multiple times and left messages. They had done such a good job the first time that I really wanted to rehire them. But after being delayed for 2 weeks while waiting for them to return the call, I gave up. This just isn't professional behavior. If they were too busy to take any more jobs they should have at least called to say so.

I have called and left messages several and no call back. I like to support local companies but hard to get them to call back.

everything was excellent. There was a bit of a time lag between the estimator visit and the actual work.
I think they were busy those weeks. Good to know workmen like this.

They were fast, knew exactly what they were doing. Chad answered all our questions without hesitation. It took a couple calls to get them here because they were busy, but once here they were great.

This is a terrific guy who returned my phone calls and completed the work promptly. When he had difficulty finding the replacement corner pieces, he continued to search for them. In the end, the new ones were slightly larger, meaning the screens were too tight to fit properly. He adjusted every single screen (15 of them) in order to make them fit correctly. Then he didn't want to charge for all the extra time and effort he put into the job. That's unheard of these days! Of course, we were so impressed we gave him extra anyway. We also had him take a look at our screened pool enclosure since he does this work as well. He suggested some extra bracing and completed that job, too. The only hesitation I have is in writing this review...I'm afraid he'll get so busy with new work that we'll have to wait longer for him next time! You won't find a more decent, reliable guy to work on your screens, screened porch, or pool enclosure than Chad.

They were prompt, polite and efficient. They charged a fair price, I would use them again and recommend them to others.
