Buena Vista Lawn Service

When I first hired Hector the owner of Buena Vista Lawn Service back in 2012 he was excellent. Over the next few years the company became to large. I believe that it was to much for this company to handle. One by one customers started to leave. I too left. They refused to cut my lawn the way I wanted and when I told them that I only wanted my lawn to be cut bi weekly so that it would give my lawn a chance to grow. He refused and said if I didn't want him to come back next week then he woudn't be coming back at all. I was like so be it. And that was the last time I used Buena Vista Lawn Service. 
To be fair, Hector and Buena Vista Lawn Service would do a great job if he would just take his time to hear what the customer wants. And to weed through his eployees too. His Son is always in a hurry and does not do a good job. He just wants to get done. Not high quality work.

:  They are excellent.  They will ring the bell and let us know that they are there if we are home.  Hector is the owner.  They will never cut the lawn too short.  He will tell us if he is going to cut it or if he sees that it is not growing.  He will tell us that he will be back in a couple of days to cut it when it has reached the level it needs to be cut.  They do it at regular times and they come back.  They may not necessarily cut every time, especially in the winter.  It depends on how quickly the grass grows.  He never ever scalps the lawn.  We have a double lot and they do it on both lots.  I think that their price is reasonable otherwise my husband wouldn’t use them.  If we call them with any issue, they come out right away.  We are never concerned about when they arrive, so punctuality is not an issue.
