I heard about them from a friend.  Their price and quality of work were very good.  Overall, experience was also very good.  Another guy asked $3000 for repair and they replaced it for $2000.  At that time of year it was hard to get people, but they responded even though they were busy.  I will use them in the future.

They were excellent. It’s actually run by a women, and I had gotten three bids before her, and she came out and cut the bill to half, and she also put in a couple of extra returns. Everybody else wanted to charge me an inflated rate. One company was going to charge me $10000 for the same thing she did for less than $5000, and it was a big difference. I have been very happy with her. She has a company, and I had her put in my roof that sucks the air out of my roof. She found out about my installation that it wasn’t even, so she did that too. With two extra returns, and she put two extra ducks in my back porch, because there was no air out there, she charged me $4970. I got a good warranty as well. The work has been great, and I haven’t had any problem. My electric bill has been absolutely phenomenal; I was up to $400 a month and I never got below $250 with our old unit, and now I am running on $150 a month. It was Sunday morning, and I did have a problem where my circuit kind of acts it up, and she came right out. She is very easy to talk to, and professional as well. When I had three bids I told her that I am confused, and I don’t feel like any of these are any good and she came out and asked what was it that I was looking for. I told her all the things I wanted to do and she said some of the things I don’t need to do, and she took care of it and it worked out very well.

From our standpoint the job went very well. They arrived as scheduled. worked very diligently, and left no trace of the huge undertaking that our job had proven to be. They were friendly professionals with an extraordinary attention to detail. It is evident that they do the very best work possible, no corners cut, just perfection. They treated our property as if it were their home & not just another job, very neat and clean. I know that our 50 year old home presented them with some challenges, but they went above & beyond a routine installation, and fixed some unacceptable things that they ha discovered from a previous installation. We were thrilled to have found Affordable Air & Duct Repair, and even more thrilled with the great job they did for us! To top it all off, as they were packed up & ready to leave, Debbie said we could call her any time we had a question about our new system. The great thing is - she truly meant it.
