"My prices have been the same for years even though the price of the pumps on my end do seem to go up a few dollars each year, I feel my prices are very competitive! I am never reluctant to take a credit card, however when a customer asks me how would you like to be paid my first choice would be cash or check for the reason of not getting hit with credit card fees, but that's if they ask, I have no problem taking a credit card, I take them all the time. As for the mention of the heads, they asked about having some head work done when I finished the pump, we looked at each zone I seen a few bad heads, I had told the customer you would probably have about an hour labor in the job plus materials, gave them a price and that was that, I can not afford to install a pump and then spend an hour changing a couple heads for free."

"Actually how this went down is, he contacted me on a Saturday , I was out of town, I sent him a text saying I would call first thing Monday , which I did. I got no answer and left a message, when he did return my call it rang twice and he hung up I called right back he said I called you by mistake I was going to call you back later! I bend over backwards to try and please each and every one of my customers, I do not have time to play games. When he did call me from a different number I simply told him the truth, that I was to busy and just go ahead and see if he could get someone else to get it done sooner ( not a big deal) . Just take a look at all of my reviews that should show that I really do try to please every customer. But there's always gonna be a few that you simply can not! As for not wanting to service vero, 80% of my work is in vero, I do live in sebastian but am in vero every day. I return every phone call that I miss, just as I did with this fella. As for the F rating , well Iv never even step foot on his property."
