Advanced Exterior Cleaning

I called Advanced Exterior Cleaning and spoke with Mr. Philip Chandler. I told him the square footage of the driveway and walkway, and the linear feet of gutter and downspout to be cleaned and he gave me an estimate of $100 over the phone. I told him that my home was for sale and that I needed it done before Saturday due to it being shown. He said he was in the neighborhood and could do it now. Within 10 minutes he arrived, he looked at the job and was satisfied it was as I had said. He told me that he would also clean up some algae he saw under one window and in addition, he cleaned the areas of the wall around two windows in the vicinity of the job he was hired to do. He used a piece of equipment that directed the water force downward on the sidewalk and driveway and it helped keep the wood chips in the adjoining flower beds in place as well as controlled dirt splatter along the edges. I looked at the job after he was finished and I'm very pleased with his work. He also had a helper with him and all the equipment needed to do the job. There are stains on the gutter that would not come off completely with the extra rubbing with bleach and a rag that he tried in addition to the pressure cleaning, but he did a wonderful job.
