Called 18 times over the following 30 days hoping to get a response. The 4 times the phone was answered, I got some lame excuse, but no one ever came out to fix the problem. Called another refrigeration repair company, who undid the mess Whitey's started and pointed out other slipshod work they had done on an earlier job when replacing a compressor. I am one step from filing a small claims action against this company. You are VERY well advised NOT to use these guys.
Description of Work: Installed a thermostat in a refrigerator. Broke a drain valve during the installation. By the owner's own admission, they used the wrong replacement part. Unit ran worse than before they worked on it. Claimed they were only charging the cost of the part ($25-$30 contractor price) but charged me $85.
