Tree Trimming
This company caused damage to a structure on our property and lied about it, we are left with the cost of repair. Dishonest, unreliable, unprofessional. Does not carry workman's comp on their workers.

"Seagrape tree failed and was already being supported by screen enclosure prior to Tree-2-1 services being on site. Your aluminum enclosure failed while we were inspecting the site. An adjuster came out from our insurance company and denied our liability with the proof of our messages between you and I. We did not make a single cut on that tree. If I was allowed to post photos I would prove everything you?re saying is incorrect which is why your claim got denied."

Tree Trimming
While trimming trees on our property, Tree21 caused structural damage to our pool enclosure. They claimed someone else cut the limb that caused the damage when it was obvious the limb was just cut. They refused responsibility and left us paying for the damage. The owner was threatening and rude. If you are looking for a responsible and reliable company, go somewhere else. FYI, they do not carry workman?s comp on their employees, leaving you responsible if someone gets hurt.

I had 4 palms, 1 plumeria and a large sabal palm removed. Thoroughly cleaned up all the debris and reasonably priced. I have dealt with Cody also on another property and is very professional and takes pride in his work. Has a very good, polite crew of employees working with him. It seems to be a small operation making scheduling a bit difficult but once they were here, they did a good job at the best price I could find.

Great work. Ground our stumps down below ground level and left our yard clean of debris. They even planted our new palms in the rain! Great work ethics. Hard to find in this day and age.

The owner Cody Jones was very professional. Cody and his crew members did an excellent job. He began work when promised, completed all agreed upon work at an a very reasonable price. Chris from the stump grinding company Cody subcontracted also did an excellent job. I would recommend Tree21 anytime and I would definitely use them again.

Cody did a fine job with taking out a diseased magnolia, trimmed a couple of palms, and did a good job with clean-up. My only complaint is that they forgot to trim one of the trees, and when I reminded them, promised they would get it the following week, then the next week had another excuse, and now, 10 weeks later, my tree is still not trimmed. Cody has broken his hand/arm, so offered to send me a check for the cost to have the tree trimmed, however I have not received the check yet, either, 3 weeks later. SO - if you can supervise the work and not pay until it is all done, I would not hesitate to recommend Tree-2-1 for quality work and good clean-up. However, if you cannot supervise, find someone who will follow through and do everything they promise.

They took out a dying palm and trimmed others. Very careful with where they dropped fronds as not to damage our other plants or deck. Cleaned up everything very well. They are definitely our "go to" guys from now on when we need tree service.
