+ -1 moreHome inspection was service paid. After I arrived I was told he opted out of roof inspection by walking the roof. Had to hire another inspector. Based upon that report, we opted out of the agreement to purchase the home. Money spent was in fact wasted. He could have called and let me know he opted out the roof inspection before continuing the inspection.
