Real Estate Service
We didn't pay anything but the seller paid them. Their services were just absolutely terrific. The agent we dealt with in particular was very good at checking out properties that were appropriate for us and being responsive all the time. They helped us with negotiate what we thought was a very good price and they handled all the details. I can justify their price on the sale because we are dealing a flat fee arrangement with them and it's a private sale. Their service was very reasonable.
