The install was perfect. Loved this company until...paid up front for a 2 service one year maintenance contract. First maintenance done in April 2020. When I called in October to schedule the second service OUT OF BUSINESS!. No way to contact them and no refund for half of my unused maintenance contract. Company phone had a message stating they would contact customers with a company to service existing contracts. January 2021 and still nothing. Not holding my breath for that to happen!

Our air is a lot cleaner on the house. They are timely, helpful, knowledgeable, kind and did a good quality of the work.

We have Control 4 in our house and the thermostat is, I don’t if you are familiar with Echo B, they are new technology, sophisticated, and it was not operating properly so I called them again. He came and he called the company and he was on the phone. In another word, this high a** d*mn technology, he fixed it. He figured out the problem, he did everything. Because we were returning customers, they waived the service fee, which was $60 and they didn’t charge me $60 they just charge me for what he did which was about $90.

They’re very, very good. They’re the best A/C company. They lowered my bill almost $250 a month. They’re just amazing and very knowledgeable. We moved to a new place and our air conditioning was not working. We didn’t know what it was, we thought it was just not working properly. I was not cooling. I called one company and they came and they said, oh you have to replace everything, and I know that there are two units, we have two units in our condo, and I know that they were just replaced two years ago because that’s what the papers said. So, I called this company and they came out and spent a few hours. Looked for everything and said the units are great, everything is good, but what needed to be done is to refuel the Freon and he cleaned everything out and my bill for the electricity went from $400 a month to $193 a month. He ran the whole system, and my bill went 50% down.

Lathan and his team were the most professional and honest group of guys that worked hard all day and into the night so that my pregnant wife had air conditioning. Top notch people and services.  Also extremely knowledgeable about all HVAC questions.

I'm new in town and didn't know who to call when my ac failed, did some research on the web and found them, I liked the fact that they didn't have a service call charge like other companies do, they come out diagnose the problem and give you an estimate, if you wish to have it repaired that's fine, if not that's fine too and you don't owe them nothing. Lathan was at my house within a couple of hours after I called their office, he diagnosed the problem and since I wasn't in a rush for the repair he sent a tech the following day. John (the tech) was very prompt, very professional, courteous and surely knew his business, I was surprise how much care he put in repairing the unit even though it's an old unit and I had mentioned that I was planing on replacing it within the next 2 or 3 months, he took his time and made sure everything was done properly.  I wish everyone that I have used in this town were like them.
