Rick evaluated the situation over the phone and then we agreed to dropping the car off the next day. This is the second time I took my car in to Rick. The first time was for my muffler. I drove the car there without an appointment and he was able to complete the job and did so for a very reasonable price. He also was able to make his son's game that day.
This time I took my car in for him to check my brakes. He had the car for the day and checked the brakes out. All was in order. The brakes were good. No replacement needed. Rick did not charge me for this. Rick is definitely customer experience focused.
