I had them return the bed and call me.  Bill the manager will NOT return my 3 calls nor return my $549.00.
I am very unhappy with their professionalism.

This location has a medium size selection of beds/mattresses. What I liked is they had lots of Tempurpedic styles, as well as some 'imitation Tempurpedics' to compare right next to each other. They even had the folding 3 position Tempurpedic. The salesman was helpful and available, but did not stalk us around the store, even though we were the only ones there. He told us that Tempurpedics are very strictly price controlled by the company, and so the only differences between stores were in delivery charges and freebies. We researched this on line and he was truthful. We did purchase a Tempurpedic from the store. They included 2 Tempurpedic pillows (our choice of size). Delivery was free, on time, and the men were professional. We enjoyed the laid back but still helpful atmosphere of the store. Also available were many catalogs to special order beds.
