Luis was very professional, wasted no time getting the job done! No bs, just good work. He did have to cancel my original appointment, and move to the next day. This was not an issue, and I appreciate when people call and keep you in the loop. I would absolutely hire him again.

Tom was great. He is a true expert at what he does. I thought about replacing it myself until I was about 5% into the job. Once I saw it was an old lock, I put it back together and called Lock Haven. He was on time and cleaned up after the install job. EXCELLENT service. I will definitely be calling Tom in the future for any locksmith jobs.

I lost the key for a 1920's china cupboard  when we moved. I contacted Lock Haven via Angie's List message and they responded within the hour and came out the next day. They fashioned a skeleton key that would work to unlock/lock my cupboard and gave me a $10 Angie's List discount. Would definitely use them again.

He was very proficient, accurate, punctual and fast. There were no problems with the locks after he re-keyed them and all copies of the keys worked great.

He was very understanding with waiting to put up the dogs before starting to re-keying the locks. He arrived on time and worked quickly to re-key the locks.
