+ 0 moreJerry showed up when he said he would, did his job and was very non intrusive! After he completed the install he took me to see the new unit and explain how to use the shut off (should it ever be needed). He is very professional and I would recommend him to anyone. Kinetico gave us the option of purchasing the units up front or rent to own. At this time of year the rent to own feature is the best for our agency. The other vendor who bid did not give us this option. This will save us money monthly and should we ever move, the equipment is ours to move. Highly recommend Kinetico through Garlick's Water Conditioning.
Description of Work: Installed a new water softener system and water cooler with reverse osmosis.

Description of Work: Very unhappy with installation. Left the area dirty and a mess, tracked in alot of mud and snow and did not clean up after. The installer did hot leave our water faucet that he replaced with their own, which I feel was not necessary. All in all this is a very expensive system and I hope the end product will be overall worth the total cost. It would be nice if the Co. would provide someone to come back in and check the quality of the water after a resonable time to see if the system is doing the job. We live in Bemidji Mn. Salesman was slick. Installation was done in a timely fashion, I wonder if it was done so we would not have time to change out mind!!!!!!...... Give yourself time to weight the pros and cons.

Description of Work: Kinetico tested our water when we moved and change our filters when needed.
