If it were possible to post a negative number I would have. This is singularly the most dishonest contractor in Brevard County. It started with the Rob who measured and apparently cannot do simple math, but he did hold me up for a $100 delivery fee, which by the way he never completed demanded his money before finishing. Funny how that worked out. Now let's get to II's best skill set, BAIT AND SWITCH. The day of the job Zoran, the owner decided he didn't like the original deal and demanded $1700 more. Thought it was a joke. It wasn't. They went from $2300 the agreed upon price to $4000!!!! Ofcourse he waited till his crew was unpacked and standing around. Told the little napolianic tough guy to get lost. Since this was a Lumber Liquidators Melbourne recommendation I am not convinced that there wasn't collusion between the 2 companies. BEWARE & AVOID

Very well. Crew worked really hard and we're professional. Completed the house in 4 days. It looks great.

The owner, Zoran Simic, was very arrogant.  The installers were very nice but within 6 months, the floor squeaked, gapped and obviously the concrete sealer I paid $1000 wasn't applied properly because the flooring began to warp.  They didn't clean up after themselves - we had to do it.  Garbage was left in the front yard.  Between the flooring, installation, sealer and baseboards, I paid $8000 and it all has to be replaced.

Innovative Installations quoted a price for floor and crown molding installation. I agreed on the price and time and paid half up front to the Home Service Store, (a Lumber Liquidators Installation Service). Innovative Installations did not show up at the scheduled time. They said they were busy on another job. I had to reschedule and take an additiional day off from work. When they finally did show up, they did not install the crown molding. Owner said there was not enough time to install the crown molding and this was only a one day job. He would try to come back the next week. They did not. I had to call the owner several times.
When I finally did speak with the owner he said:
1. The employee who bid the project had under bid the crown molding installation.
2. He was short staffed.
3. He could not complete the project as promised as the employee had misrepresented the time it would take.
4. That this was a seperate project from the flooring project which he was doing for The Home Service Store. (Even though the original work order had both listed on it).
Just about every excuse to avoid fulfilling his commitment. He would not set a date to come out and complete the work.
I ended up having someone else install the crown molding for less money, (even though the owner of Innovative Installations said his man had grossly underpriced the project.) Just another excuse this guy was throwing out to avoid reponsibility. Do not use Innovative Installations.

My overall satisfaction for Innovation Installations is a ten! I would definitely use them again in the future.

Zorin and his team arrived promptly at 8:00AM. They removed the heavy furniture, as agreed, from the four rooms, removed the carpeting, padding and tackstrips, installed approximately 900 sq feet of engineered bamboo flooring and thresholds, cut all of the jams and door stops as needed, and were out of the house (CLEAN) at 1:20 PM. I was amazed at the speed at which they worked, without sacrificing quality. Everyone on the team knew exactly what had to be done and went about their work quickly and efficently. Zorin's team was the most curteous group of young men I have met. Truly a professional team. When they left, all of the rooms had been swept clean, and they even used a leaf blower to blow the sawdust from their chop and table saws off of my walkway. Except for the fact that there was all this new flooring in my house, you didn't know they had been there.
