Awesome work! Dave and his assistant Tyler went above and beyond to rescue a "flushed" piece of irreplaceable family heirloom jewelry when a number of others told me not to bother. They never gave up in the face of adversity and were successful in retrieving the ring. Prices were fair, but in all fairness I didn't ask for a quote in advance, I just told them to please get the ring back. They even cleaned up the job site to better than it was when they got there. Customer for life here.

As usual he completed the tasks quickly and professionally. We have recommended him to many folks!

Dave explained how he would do the job, time it would take him and what materials will be used in home re-plumb. He knows his product and has the tools needed to do the job. He showed me fittings to be used, piping to be used and how the fittings were connected.

My experience with them was very good. They were very responsive, and they were out the same day. They squeezed me in between a couple of other appointments. They did a great job, and I was really happy with them. Their professionalism was outstanding, and the quality of the work was great. They put on a threaded fitting instead of another soldered connection, which was really nice, so it would allow me to change out the hose bib in the future; they didn't have to do it but they did. It was a fair price.

We had several episodes of slab leaks over a six month period and were advised our entire house (built in 1989) needed to be replumbed. We have a larger two story home (app. 5000 sf) and were very apprehensive about the invasive nature of this process. After meeting with several companies in the area who perform this service along with talking to another plumbing company who recommended Florida Plumbing Plus because they were too busy, we felt comfortable enough to hire them. He had one of the more competitive bids but he was not the cheapest but by far not the most expensive.
David Simmons runs a TOP NOTCH business. He is a decent, Christian man with a crew of polite, like minded employees. From the initial consultation to the final cleaning up he and his crew were considerate, neat and meticulous. David's skill and professionalism and his attention to every detail both large and small, resulted in a superior repair. If we had questions about the procedure, options about upgrades or modifications along the way he took whatever time was necessary to explain and advise.
We were able to remain in the house during this invasive repair and it was made tolerable only because David structured the job to fit our needs.
I waited to submit my review until we had several months to make sure we did not have any problems with the new plumbing and we are completely satisfied and we have not needed to have him return once! Thank you Florida Plumbing Plus! :-)

I was very happy with their service. I would also like to add that when the job was completed, the cleanup was excellent. Couldn't even tell they had been there. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest, dependable and professional company.

I didn't have anything bad happen, everything was great. They were fast and efficient.

In visiting our vacation house, I realized that a PVC connector installed on our water main was cracked and leaking. The day before we were set to leave, I received Dave's contact info from another Angie's list company as someone who could help me in short notice. Dave called as promised when he was on his way, and completed the work in about 1 hour. All the old PVC pipe and fittings were replaced with soft copper. The work done was neat and fast. I will definitely use them again. The pricing might have been a tad high but with the late notice and time pressures I was under, it was acceptable.
