Jeff arrived at 8am and repiped the supply lines to the house in 4-5 days. He was professional, courteous, and considerate. Meticulous work at a fair price!

We didn't notice the problem until around 4:30p.m. I called, but opted to wait until morning so we didn't pay time and a half. They rearranged their customers to treat us first since it was somewhat time critical. Jim and Jeff explained what they were going to do, did it in the time they said and explained how to get rebate and the importance of periodically draining it to improve the heaters lifespan. Overall a great, professional job. I will use them in the future.

It was a pretty straight forward job, and he did an excellent, speedy job; the price was way more than fair.  I was very happy...very, very happy.  He came to my house within 4 hours of my phone call.  Can't ask for anything better.

CJ arrived promptly and diagnosed where the under slab leak was.  Had to take a break to get his tools fixed but called on his way back to the house.  Fixed and repaired the leak when he said he would the same day.  Did a professional job and cleaned up before he left.  I've had other plumbers fix things before but leave a mess when they leave.  Not CJ.

Called in the morning, they showed up in the early afternoon same day and the time I was told.  Both young men were professional, friendly and went right to work. Cleaned up afterwards. Felt it was a fair price and would certainly use them again. Glad to be able to use a local business.

Unfortunately the repair left a small leak, leaking into our neighbors below us condo.  The owner quickly responded, took total responsibility,  made all necessary repairs and even reimbursed our neighbor for the money he spent trying to determine the reason for the leak.

Emergency Plumbing Services had all the necessary tools and part to repair the problem.  The pipe was very rare 2', but they had all the fittings required to fix the broken pipe.  I have dealt with this business for the past six years.  This is family owned and operated business, and these people are very honest, professional and reasonable compared to many other businesses.   I would definitely use them again.

CJ found a leak in the dishwasher line that another company diagnosed as a slab leak. I now have these guys listed as the ones to call for all my properties by the management co. Great service!

It went exceptionally well.  Prompt service; excellent quality of work. Called on Thanksgiving Day at 10 AM. Mr. Bone arrived within 20 minutes, corrected the problem in 15 minutes, and charged his regular rate even though it was a holiday.  I was truly impressed with his promtness, work quality and personal and professional demeanor. He was highly recommended by 2 neighbors - they were right.  I told Mr Bone he is my plumber for life.

I have used them for years. They are fantastic. They are great, honest, and always on time. If there is a problem, they come back and fix it.

The young man that helped me was CJ.  They did good work and everything is working well. 

Had a break in my drainage line. EPS confirmed that but charged an excessive amount to tell me that. Their estimate to fix the "90" was twice what I ended up spending. They also tried to get me to pay them $100 just to find out where the sewer line connected to the city's line which with one phone call I was able to do on my own!

They are great. They are a local, family-owned, business that knows the plumbing ins and outs of the old beachside homes like the back of their hands. I always recommend them to friends and family and have never seen anyone who wasn't completely impressed with their pricing, customer service, and response time.
