First and foremost, Barbara Cullinane has difficultly maintaining client/service provider boundaries. She wanted to be my friend, I only wanted my house remodeled. On one occasion, she attempted to task me to do work that was clearly what she was being paid to do. I had to explain to Barbara that the tasking was inappropriate and her job to do, not mine. Barbara, later, by mutual agreement, was removed from the house renovation project. At this juncture, Barbara had to be reminded to check on floor and bathroom tile delivery dates. It was a priority when she was on the job, but once off the job...it was an after thought.
Additionally, Barbara ordered too much floor and bathroom tile. I have approximately $2000 in excess tile sitting in my garage. You will need to review and challenge her flooring estimates. Also, check your bathroom tile, I had to refuse several boxes of bathroom tile since they were 80% defective.
