They were/are FANTASTIC - the work was done in a timely, neat manner. When I called with an issue, they were responsive and quick to come out and do additional work at no additional charge. I highly recommend them - Jeff, Levi, Jon, Allan - they are all SUPER!

Terrific! Their prices, including warranties, were $700 cheaper than their closest competitor, and $1900!! less than the priciest one. Their warranty: 12 years; all others, only 10. They were the only vendor to offer to apply heavy-duty marine corrosion protection on the innards of the compressor unit and one of only 2 to raise the compressor off the pad. They (4) showed up early! worked diligently and were done in 6! hours. Cleaned up and left nothing behind; explained operation and maintenance clearly. They had all the warranty and rebate docs filled out in advance! First rate vendor!

the service was prompt, the options were explained in detail, the new unit installed and am very pleased with the results, they were very professional.

The man was on time and explained what was wrong, a new motor etc, We decided to put new system in. they showed up early the next morning and was installed.

They gave me a price to make repair on old unit, but also quoted prices for two options for new, and more efficient, units. I chose to replace with one of their new options and the work crew was out to do the work on the morning they promised, which was 2 days after I gave them the go-ahead.
The crew was fast, polite and professional, even helped me by moving a workbench so they could get to furnace unit. Most people would tell you that you have to move everything out of the work area, but these guys were very nice and said, "no problem, we will move it."
That's the way the whole job went. No problem.
I am very happy with the new unit, and will recommend Complete Air and Heat to all my friends and coworkers.

The price was great. The staff friendly & efficient. They worked so hard in the heat and in the tight space of the attic. Excellent customer service. Overall it was a great experience. Would certainly recommend them to others.

I would recommend Complete Air and Heat for ANY A/C service you may need. We had a problem with our old unit and they were there to fix it with in an hour.  Our new Trane is amazing and the electric bill is lower. They are the best in town.

This company is very professional.  At least five people were here to install new air conditioner ducts.  All of their workers were very pleasant.  They cleaned up after they were done and left the house in pristine condition.  There was a supervisor on site throughout the job.  They arrived on time and managed to complete the work in one day.  I would recommend them and rehire them.

Technician was on time and efficiently repaired and checked unit. While checking operation he also replaced batteries in thermostat.

They’re excellent and very responsive.  It was a big job and they managed to complete it within the time frame they indicated.  They have good communication and are very professional and I would recommend their services to others.

Once he got our OK he fixed the A/C accepted the Angie List coupon and we paid by credit card. Overall is was an excellent experience.

Great.  Came at 7am, completed by 2pm.  Had concerns on the type of outside bus bar power cutoff and they upgraded without a discusion about it.  No extra charge.  They also let me borrow a window A/C unit (tahat they installed) from the day we contracted till the day they completed installatin.  The whole process took about a week, only 1 day to install.  Great people.

We haven't had any problems. They're the best in my opinion. We have them coming out on Friday.

Great. The guys were on time, professional and very helpful in explaining the system and what they were evaluating. After being confused for a sucker by a couple of other A/C companies, one that is always offering a $49 vent cleaning only to convince you that your system is near failure, needs lots of work ($) or is in desperate needs of cleaning - all hidden by the duct cleaning disguise; These guys are down the street and fair. Stay away from the other guys and support our local contractor.

My a/c unit at my house was running constantly and my power bill was sky high ! The unit was 5 pounds low on freon!  complete air fixed  the problem with ease and proffetions!!!!!!!!!!

I finally found a wonderful AC company and employees. I am totally satisfied with my experience. They were polite, mannerly, knowledgable, and always fix the problem. They explain everything they are going to do very well to me, a senior citizen. I had been told to use bleach every so often for the drain by the company that installed the unit. They found that this had caused rust, so they told me what to get to keep the drain as it needed to be and wouldn't cause rust. They handled the problem very calmly and without a negative attitude, without belittling me or the company that told me to do this.  I really appreciate the respect I got from them, and I felt safe with them in my home.
