Brite Magic did an amazing job!!!! They also sealed it for us and this too was done properly and looks just beautiful. Whenever I called and had a question it was dealt with immediately. Very courteous and professional. Will definitely be calling them back when it's time for cleaning again. :-)

It went very well. Very nice workers who for 30 minutes were on their hands and knees peeling old color seal that was improperly applied. Was quite impressed how hard they worked.

Arrived right when they said they would. Pleasant and professional. Had the job done IN ABOUT AN HOUR! Looks amazing. Also got an estimate to clean 500 sq ft of filthy white tile - estimate is $179. Will do that next.

We were very pleased with the expertise of the gentleman and are equally pleased with the results. Our tile floors look brand new. Contacted the provider several months before they actually came out to clean all the tile and grout in the house.  The reason for this is that we were going to some other things in the house so they recommended we take those actions prior to their coming in to do the tile.  We really appreciated their recommendation because it saved us from having them come out more than once.  They were very prompt, professional and courteous in all of our meetings and when they came in to clean the tile.  We had over 1000 sq ft of tile cleaned.  They moved furniture, put it back in place, and cleaned up after the work was done.  I was very impressed at the look of the tile and grout upon completion, so much so that I asked them to put us on a call back in two years.  Obviously I would, and will, be using them again.

Took way way longer than it should to get the people in my home. ...kept getting rescheduled by them but once they worked they did a thorough job removing old grout and replacing

The job went great great great. The provider fixed a botched tile grout job done by another provider and did a fantastic job removing the previous provider's sealer and then color sealing grout to our chosen color. This is a family run business and they are awesome. You get a person when you call, they show up when they say they will, they answer all questions, they provide promised information, they take great care with their work, and they charged a reasonable price. They are very professional and were even sensitive to the fact that I have parrots and the birds specific needs through the process. They are very easy to work with, easy to have in your home, they completely cleaned up after themselves, and are very professional.
