I had a problem with tiny ants in my kitchen and around the dog bed. I used the best available products to control them but they are hardy little buggers, they kept coming back. Then Shawn from Beachside Pest came and did it right. A super nice, professional and knowledgeable technician who likes dogs (I have a grumpy boxer) and I’m very happy with the service and price.

Nobody likes bugs so we were unhappy to find them in our new home. After reading reviews, I called Beachside and was so happy I did. Chris called me back quickly and sent Shawn out the very next day. I think there are advantages to doing business with local people - there is a personal touch because they live here too! Shawn explained what he was going to do and what we needed to do so there were no questions or concerns. I highly recommend them!

It worked already they had it done which she did it so skimpily and then I had some saber fish and she said she had packets for those she gave me like four packets for a whole house so I said I need more than that she said oh know I don't have any on me and she didn't offer to bring any to me and she just walk through the  house and randomly did a couple spray not a thorough spray I was not happy. I will not hire them again that's all I can tell you.

Kris showed up on time and proceeded to fumigate the house. She needed no instruction, and worked quickly and quietly throughout the house. She then moved to the yard, and sprinkled pest control granules in the yard and garden.

"I'm sorry you were not happy with the service. When ever we do a pest service it disturbs bugs and they become more active before they get under control. We always give a 30 day guarantee and usually follow up in 14 days. Your review came just 1 day after the treatment. Please call the office and schedule an extra service. You have to give the product a chance to work after its applied. Thank you."

In a word.  AWESOME.  Paul communicates well with me and listens to my concerns.  Paul and Kris carefully went through the property with me and explained what pest evidence we saw and how best to treat.  I have used Paul in the past for my primary residence and so after I closed on a second property on Thursday, i texted Paul and asked if he could treat the property ASAP.  Paul met me and treated the property less than 24 hours after we closed.  He was much more reasonably priced than the inspector I used for inspection for the home loan.
I will be using Beachside in the future for all my pest control needs.
